Trying something new - slippers

I found a loom pattern for these slippers and HAD to try it out. My first attempt sucked, but I got it the second time around and made a rainbow pair. Thanks Ravelry for the tutorial! Click for a Flickr view. (And oh, they are so soft!)

More socks, this time, in pairs!

I went on a knitting frenzy and made more socks. I finished the pair to the first one, made a fuzzy pair and an awesome DayGlo pair that is more of a slipper than a sock. I have so much wool to make socks and they're very comfy. Enjoy!

I knit a sock!

I've only done the basics with my looms, decided to try something a little harder. So I made this sock. I have to make another one.

2 more animal hats

They're both done using different techniques, and the 2nd one (the mouse) was the 2nd easiest and the best I've used for the hats. (The hat, black and red, in the entry below was made using the hardest technique) The first looks a bit wonky in the picture. It's cute though! I love making these. I'm going to have so many. Hat with ears

Or cat hat. It's my first attempt at making a hat out of fleece. It challenged my sewing skills a bit, and I like the way it turned out. So did my dog, Max. He kept trying to steal it off my head. So I'll have to hide the fleece hats. I'm making more, different technique. Click for a Flickr view, enjoy.

It's summer, so I better make some clothes

I made a little jumper out of a sheer fabric (yes, a bitch to sew) and a summery dress out of some nice blue and purple fabric (the detail on it is really nice, I'll post a macro). I used my new sewing machine, didn't have any help from my mom and didn't use a pattern for either. They aren't perfect, but I like them! Click for a larger view.
